When Frank Stilley was just 20 years old and in college, his father passed away. Frank moved back home in 1974 and began to fix his neighbors’ roofs to help support his family. Since then, he has established and developed Amstill Roofing into Spring, Texas’s renowned roof replacement company.

After serving for 28 years in the Harris County Sheriff’s office, he retired honorably with the rank of Captain and today, he devotes his time to overseeing Amstill’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the company continues to uphold its values. Frank credits his family and his decades in law enforcement to deeply instilling the values of integrity, discipline, strength, and honor into his team, and he strives to bring those deeply held beliefs into every facet of Amstill Roofing.

As a single parent, Frank has raised his son Sam to share his values, as well as his vision for Amstill Roofing. After graduating with honors from the University of Houston’s top-ranked entrepreneurship program with a double major in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, Sam Stilley trained and worked within Amstill’s roofing crews, learning every detail of the business. He has since accepted a co-ownership role in the company, bringing a fresh perspective and energy. Together, Frank and Sam work side by side to better their community by providing the highest quality roofing services available in Spring.
