Frank Stilley’s story began at the age of 20, when he began repairing his neighbors’ roofs to provide financial support to his family after his father’s premature death in 1974. His efforts since then have led to the creation of Amstill Roofing as a reputable roofing operation in multiple cities. Frank proudly served the Harris County Sheriff’s office for 28 years, retiring with the rank of captain, and is now fully devoted towards operating Amstill Roofing. He handles the schedule and regularly visits job sites for supervision and quality assurance. Frank exhibits strong values of integrity that stem from his decades in law enforcement, and he brings wisdom, discipline, honor, and strength to each facet of Amstill Roofing.

Sam Stilley grew up inspired by his father’s efforts as a single parent, sharing Frank’s passion and vision for Amstill Roofing. Sam dedicated time to his studies, graduating with honors from the prestigious University of Houston’s reputable entrepreneurship program. His double major in Entrepreneurship and Marketing helps him bring a new point of view to Amstill Roofing. Before joining his dad in a co-ownership role, Sam worked extensively with the Amstill Roofing crews, studying each detail of the job and assimilating it entirely.
