As a young man of just 20 years old, Frank Stilley took to fixing roofs after finding himself in the difficult position of having to support his family after the sudden passing of his father in 1974. Persevering through unfortunate beginnings, Frank slowly but steadily built upon what he began. Through the years, Amstill Roofing has become a remarkable success, evolving into a leader in the Houston market.

Additionally, Frank has also spent 28 years serving in the Sheriff’s Office, retiring honorably as Captain. Having dedicated himself completely now to Amstill Roofing, he makes his rounds to different sites, ensuring that standards are held high and customers remain satisfied. Having spent much of his life in law enforcement, he takes with him all of the attributes that one would expect from a good officer, and applies it toward his company.

As a single parent, Frank became his son Sam’s inspiration. From age 4, Sam has shown the same vision and desire for Amstill Roofing that his father holds. However, Sam took a slightly different career path than his father.

After graduating with honors from the University of Houston’s top-ranked entrepreneurship program with a double major in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, Sam took to his father’s company, working from the ground up. Before taking the reins as co-owner role in the company, Sam paid his dues alongside the Amstill Roofing employees, taking in every detail of the roofing repair and replacement process.

Now, Frank and Sam work together daily, continuously improving the lives of their neighbors and offering the highest quality roofing services you can find in the Greater Houston area.
