Frank Stilley – Founder and Co-owner

As a young man of just 20 years old, Frank Stilley took to fixing roofs after finding himself in the difficult position of having to support his family after the sudden passing of his father in 1974. However, this gave him all the motivation and drive necessary to slowly but steadily build upon what he began. Throughout the years, Amstill Roofing has become a remarkable success, evolving into a leading Kingwood roof repair company.

Amstill Roofing wasn’t the only thing Frank dedicated himself to–he has also spent 28 years serving in the Sheriff’s Office, retiring honorably as Captain. Today, he continues to ensure that standards are held high and customers remain satisfied. Having spent much of his life in law enforcement, he takes with him all of the attributes that one would expect from a good officer, and applies it toward his company.

Sam Stilley – Son and Co-Owner

As a single parent, Frank became his son Sam’s inspiration. From the tender age of 4, Sam has shown his great desire to follow in his father’s footsteps and run Amstill Roofing. However, Sam took a slightly different career path than his father did.

After graduating with honors from the University of Houston’s C.T. Bauer College of Business with a double major in Entrepreneurship and Marketing, Sam began working from the ground up alongside Amstill’s personnel. He worked to take in every detail of the Kingwood roof repair process, effectively learning the ins and outs and achieving his role as co-owner. Today, Frank and Sam work together daily, continuously improving the lives of their neighbors and offering the highest quality roofing services you can find in the Greater Houston area.
