Amstill Roofing | Referral Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Amstill Roofing Referral Program (“Program”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility

• The Program is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States and are 18 years of age or older.
• Participants must be past or current customers of Amstill Roofing with an account balance paid in full to be eligible.
• Referrals must be submitted through the official referral program platform using your unique referral link.
• An individual can only be nominated for the Referral Program once.
• All questions or disputes regarding eligibility for the Referral Program will be resolved by Amstill Roofing in its sole discretion.
• By participating in the Program, you agree to the Site Terms and Conditions and the Site Privacy Policy. You are not authorized to participate in the Program, if you do not agree to these Program Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

How to Earn Rewards

• A referral is defined as a new customer who:
  • Has not previously contacted or received an estimate from Amstill Roofing, and
  • Completes a paid full roof replacement or new roof installation as a direct result of your referral.
• Referred customers will receive a free roof inspection and no-obligation roof replacement estimate.
• You will earn a $200 gift card for each of your first four (4) qualified referrals.
• Once you reach five (5) qualified referrals, your reward increases to $500 per referral, starting with the fifth.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

Reward Fulfillment

• Rewards will be issued as digital or physical gift cards (Amstill Roofing reserves the right to choose the gift card brand or provider).
• Gift cards will be delivered within 30 days of the referred customer’s roof replacement being completed and paid in full.
• You will be notified by email when a reward is earned and sent.
• Rewards must be claimed within 90 days of notification. Unclaimed rewards after this period may be forfeited.

Restrictions

• You may not refer yourself, your own property, or anyone living in your household.
• Businesses, agencies, or individuals using bulk referral tactics, fake accounts, or other fraudulent behavior will be disqualified.
• Referrals must be submitted before the new customer contacts Amstill Roofing to qualify.

Program Changes

• Amstill Roofing reserves the right to modify or terminate the Referral Program at any time, without notice.
• Any changes will not affect rewards already earned and confirmed before the change date.
