This two-story shingled roof was originally 20 plus years old with no noticeable leaks or damages to the roof. Being an over aged roof, it needed to be replaced, especially since these lovely folks are planning to put their home on the market and have been approved by their insurance company for coverage. They selected the Owens Corning “Onyx Black” shingle color and manufacturer. Further modifications have also been administered such as matching a beautiful solid white color, the color of the drip edge with the fascia.
